The chinese city “Harbin” reaches forty below zero every year. The city is transformed into a Ice festival every year from January 5 through February 15. It’s the 26th festival of its kind in Harbin City (Heilongjiang province) a veritable ‘winter wonderland’ for visitors from China and across the world. More than 50,000 people are expected to enjoy huge ice buildings in architectural styles from across the globe, including giant pagodas, enormous ice Buddhas and even ice slides for the more adventurous.
